  • Responsibilities:
    • Analyze and optimize production processes to improve efficiency and reduce costs.
    • Identify and eliminate bottlenecks in manufacturing and logistics processes.
    • Lead process improvement initiatives using Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma methodologies.
    • Develop and implement systems to monitor production efficiency and quality standards.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve product designs and manufacturing processes.
    • Prepare reports and data analysis to provide insights into operational improvements.
    • Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements.
    • Provide training and support to teams on process improvement and Lean Manufacturing techniques.
  • Requirements:
    • Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or related field.
    • 3+ years of experience in industrial or manufacturing engineering roles.
    • Proven experience with Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, or similar process improvement methodologies.
    • Strong analytical skills, with experience in data analysis and process optimization.
    • Proficiency in industrial engineering tools and software (e.g., AutoCAD, MS Excel, Minitab).
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
    • Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
  • Must Have:
    • Experience with Lean Manufacturing or Six Sigma methodologies.
    • Hands-on experience in process improvement and production optimization.
    • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
