  • Job Summary: We are seeking a results-driven Manufacturing Engineer to join our production team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and optimizing manufacturing processes to enhance efficiency, reduce waste, and ensure product quality. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement initiatives and support the scale-up of our manufacturing capabilities.
  • Key Responsibilities:
    • Design and implement efficient manufacturing processes to improve production flow and minimize waste.
    • Analyze production data to identify areas for process improvement and optimize production workflows.
    • Lead initiatives to reduce downtime, enhance productivity, and improve product quality.
    • Collaborate with design, production, and quality teams to ensure product specifications are met.
    • Utilize lean manufacturing and Six Sigma principles to streamline operations.
    • Develop and maintain process documentation, including standard operating procedures (SOPs).
    • Implement and monitor quality control processes to reduce defects and improve consistency.
    • Ensure compliance with industry standards, regulations, and safety protocols.
    • Participate in the design and layout of production facilities to maximize space utilization and efficiency.
    • Evaluate and implement new technologies and equipment to enhance manufacturing capabilities.
  • Requirements:
    • Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or a related field.
    • 3+ years of experience in a manufacturing engineering role, preferably in the automotive, energy, or manufacturing industries.
    • Proficiency in CAD software (e.g., AutoCAD, SolidWorks) for designing and modifying production layouts.
    • Strong knowledge of lean manufacturing principles and Six Sigma methodologies.
    • Experience with process optimization, quality control, and continuous improvement initiatives.
    • Familiarity with manufacturing safety standards and regulatory compliance.
    • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify inefficiencies and develop solutions.
    • Strong communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across departments.
